Know Before Visit
Entrance fees for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, jeep safaris, boat rides, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc., are not included in the package.
Early check-in and late checkout charges are not covered by the package.

Any breakage or damage to resort items will incur actual charges.

Travelers are encouraged to avoid using plastic bags and maintain ecological balance at destinations. Littering may result in fines.
If a traveler decides to leave the trip midway, all expenses incurred from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be liable for such decisions or any refunds.
Children under 2 years old are considered infants. Children aged 2 to 12 years will be charged as children.
Buffet breakfast will be provided from Day 2 to Day 8, and buffet dinner from Day 1 to Day 7.
One complimentary 500ml water bottle per person per day will be provided.
Confirmation Policy
A confirmation email will be sent within 24-48 working hours upon successful booking. Should the requested rooms or preferred time slots be unavailable, an alternative schedule according to the customer’s preference will be arranged, and a new confirmation voucher will be issued via email.
Refund Policy
In the event of testing positive for COVID-19, rescheduling will be offered for a later date.
In the event of a lockdown within the city/state/country, rescheduling will be provided at the same resort for a later date.
If rooms are unavailable, a refund will be applicable, or an alternative hotel/resort will be arranged.
For flights booked through us, refunds/rescheduling will adhere to the airline’s policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 25 days or more before the travel date will incur a cancellation fee of 20.0% of the total booking cost.
Cancellations made within 25 days before the travel date will result in the total booking cost being charged as cancellation fees.
Payment Term Policy
The full tour cost, 100.0% of the total, must be paid on the day of booking.

Upon arrival at the airport, you'll be whisked away to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. From there, embark on your journey to Kandy. Once you reach Kandy, settle in at the hotel. Prepare for an exhilarating Upper Lake drive and experience a captivating traditional Kandyan Dance performance. Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Receive assistance from the hotel to arrange a sightseeing excursion in Kandy. Explore renowned landmarks such as the Royal Botanical Gardens, Huluganga waterfalls, and other notable attractions. After sightseeing, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Check out from your current location and proceed to transfer to the hotel in Bentota for check-in. Receive assistance for a guided sightseeing tour of the city, including a visit to the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery where you can observe adorable baby turtles. Take the opportunity to enjoy a boat ride or experience a fish pedicure at the Madu River. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
