Note: All the documents are dependable on each other as the death certificate needs to be attested to verify and confirm the death of deceased, power of attorney needs to be attested in order to receive the dues of the deceased lying with his employer in Saudi Arabia and Succession Certificate is also required to be attested in order to determine the legal heirs of deceased, so in this case the following documents are required to complete the procedure.

SAUDI CULTURE/SAUDI EMBASSY DEGREE ATTESTATION REQUIREMENTS (IQAMA)

1. Saudi Cultural Attaché does not attest any degree earned through

online/distance/private/external/Overseas mode)

1. Name & father name on Degree should match with passport, NIC, Job contract and request letters.
2. Typed Contract Agreement / Job Offer Letter (Original) duly attested by Chamber of Commerce

(KSA) and MOFA (KSA) with a valid date of issue on the top of page.

1. Contract date of issuance should be less than one year.
2. Current Passport number and Iqama number should be mentioned on the contract.
3. Request Letter addressing Saudi Culture Mission (Original) with current Passport number, Iqama

number and date of issue (less than a year) duly attested by Chamber of Commerce (KSA).
